9. Shows arrogant, haughty, patronizing, or contemptuous behaviors or attitudes.

Obama campaigning in Germany is an example of his arrogance. His fellow Narcs and Weak Wills thought that belied a certain air of importance and intuition to show how special he is to the world, and that he believes the world’s opinions are important.

To normals, this is ludicrous, insanity. Why on Earth would he need to Campaign to Germans? How arrogant for him to believe that he is so special that the Europeans should be forced to see him.

After the Narc has won over their Victim, this is when the Arrogant and Contemptuous behaviors come out. You are no longer their Prize to win, you are now their Sub Human Slave and if you do not act appropriately, the Narc will punish you.

Also, Narcs are masters at Disguising their negative traits to those who are Weak Willed, and to other Narcs.
When Normals see Arrogance, fellow Narcs or Weak Wills see confidence.
When Normals see a Narc’s Contempt, fellow Narcs or Weak Wills will believe the other person was to blame for not acquiescing to the Narc’s Specialness.
Where Normals see haughty, Fellow Narcs and Weak Wills see a well deserved superiority.
Where Normals see Patronizing, fellow Narcs and Weak Wills will see a well deserved punishment for not acquiescing to the Narc’s Specialness.
